Absolutely gorgeous vintage 10 karat gold filled ring with a large very pale blue topaz or topaz glass stone. This is a true beauty. I’m unsure if the stone is glass or blue topaz, but the way it changes in the light, it acts like a Topaz. Topaz stones will often reflect almost slightly brown shadows, which is different from glass. But I do not have a stone tester, other than for diamonds, so I cannot confirm. Either way, it is gorgeous. It is a large faceted round stone that is very pale blue with many prongs. It has an open back, on the bottom and also between the prongs, so that light comes through. The designer was skilled! It is one of the most beautiful rings I’ve come across. It could even be an engagement ring. Hallmarked, “10K gold filled, along with the makers stamp. Size 7. C1
