Jugular Jimmy, also known as James SlaughterHauz, was a prop sold by Spirit Halloween for the 2009 through 2011 Halloween seasons. It resembled a green, zombified baby with white eyes and a bloody mouth wearing a bloodied white t-shirt and blue, blood-stained overalls.

Jugular Jimmy is a kneeling Zombie Baby® prop with a bloody outfit, zombie eyes, bloody mouth and evil teeth. He has rubber skin and is filled with latex sponge for a creepily realistic feeling; he is wired within for posability.
