This authentic original poster for the 1959 Universal Pictures romantic comedy “Pillow Talk” starring Doris Day, Rock Hudson, Thelma Ritter & Tony Randall. The plot is where ann interior decorator & a playboy songwriter share a telephone party line while they size each other up. The screen chemistry between Doris & Rick was electric & the film was a huge box office & critical hit resulting in two more films featuring this dynamic duo. Both Day & Ritter were nominated for Oscars for their performances & the film won the Oscar for Best Original Screenplay.
This original, vintage & authentic One Sheet (27" X 41") poster for the international release of the 1959 film “Pillow Talk” is in very fine to near mint condition & was nicely linenbacked for preservation purposes. Prior to linenbacking, the poster had minor fold & edge wear but was otherwise in excellent condition & displays beautifully. This one sheet offers magnificent midcentury style & imagery of the stars & looks great.
