1973 Wacky Packages Series 3 set of 30 w Rare Spit & Spill Variation 8/9 puzzle

Listing is for a 1973 Wacky Packages Series 3 full set of 30 & 8/9 of the Checklist / Puzzle piece set.

This set has the rare version of " Spit and Span". The Rare version has "Spic & Span" written on the top and sides of of box, which was directly attacking the original product by having the original product name on the sticker. After a few of these versions were released, the too the original artwork and airbrushed ot the spick and span and then proceeded to print out many more of the common version that does not have the spic and span written on it.

Also Dr. Ono is a semi rare sticker. Other stickers in this set are highly desired just because the artwork is great.

This item is from the original series 1 - series 16 era from 1973 - 1976. They were produced by Topps and designed by artist from Mad Magazine. The Artwork from many of these original run stickers were later re used in other production runs.
