This listing features a Vintage 1980s BLENKO Art Glass Icicle 3-Taper Candle Holder by famed Blenko designer Don Shepherd. Original Blenko sticker attached. A modernist view of melting ice with a diamond motif. In excellent condition with no chips, cracks or discolorations. Very heavy (about 3.5 lbs) and measures about 8-1/8" x 1 1/2".
From 1974 until April of 1988, Don Shepherd, who was trained as an architect, was the Blenko Company's "most favorite designer" among the employees.
