These are vintage from the 1990s and have a really cool mode of adjusting -- it's a zipper, and you just pull the loop bigger and pull down on the tail end of the tie to tighten it. These are for LITTLE boys, like toddler age. They're in really good condition; I don't see any flaws. Please see photos for details.
